John has been building custom homes for more than 50 years throughout the south suburbs of Chicago. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in numerous residential developments, resulting in the construction of more than 1,500 homes. John’s experience and longstanding commitment to quality have earned him a trusted reputation in the community.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Sean is a licensed electrician in the state of Illinois with more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry. His background includes both residential and commercial projects, where he has developed a strong foundation in electrical work and overall construction management. Sean’s hands-on approach and deep expertise make him an invaluable part of every project.

VICE PRESIDENT

Cole is a Florida Gulf Coast University graduate with a strong foundation in the construction industry, having gained experience with leading firms such as Suffolk Construction and Envirostruct LLC. He has worked across both residential and commercial sectors, managing projects from custom homes to mid-rise and luxury high-rise developments.

OFFICE MANAGER

Trisha started her career at Camelot Homes before earning her Certified Shorthand Reporter license. She has spent over a decade working as a Court Reporter for McCorkle Litigation Services and brings more than ten years of experience as an Office Manager, combining expertise in both operations and reporting.
